This dude was literally lying on the rails before a good Samaritan came along and drug his ass off to the side. In Baltimore we’re blessed with being the location of the first railroad in the US (the B&O railroad). It’s not only a great employment center for the city, it also produces a hell of a lower recidivism rate than rehab.
